The Evergreen Expansion project is now complete. The three new sections are Ellis, Nickerson, and Veterans. This means that the inventory levels. This means that you will be able to choose from a wide assortment of settings and lots that are adjacent for both couples and families.

Honoring the military history of those that served from our community has deep roots going all the way back to the Revolutionary War. We are continued our commitment to honoring our veterans by building the Harwich War Memorial "Walk of Remembrance at the Evergreen Cemetery. Evergreen Cemetery
November, 11 2023After decades in the planning the first phase towards the completion of the Harwich War Memorial, at the Evergreen Cemetery, will occurr on Sunday, November 11th, 2023. The ceremony will include the initial hoisting of the Amereican, and the raising of the flags represent each branch of the Ameircan Armed Forces. The flag poles were recently installed at the Harwich War Memorial Peace Meditation Pavilion, and the hoisting of the flags is but the first phase towards completion.
Each branch of the military will be represented by State, and Town elected and appointed officials. The War Memorial (when completed) will have a brick pathway, called the Walk Of Rememberance that will include, graite pillars with the enscribed names of those that heard the calling to serve from The Town of Harwich from the Revolutionary War forward. The Meditation Memorial Circle, when fully concluded will be surrounded by 6 marble bechences, represneting The US Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard.

July, 01 2023The Harwich Commerative War Memorial at Evergreen is planed as a part of the ongoing comittments to those who served. Each military branch will be represented, and those that served during peace and war times will be remembered. A brick path granite pillars naming those who served from the eariest days of our nations hfistory. Each military action and war will be indivually represpresented along the path where we can pay homage to our loved ones and reflect upon the committments made by those that served and those that made the untimate sacrefice for our great American republic, and we who enjoy our freedom today.
There will be included a a flag and meditation pavilion with granite benches memorialized with each military branch engraged on its granite surface. A gazebo has been placed and ready for those occassions when we honor and pay tribute as our traditions call for.
